Polyfuse is a fusible tearaway. It softens when washed and does not leave any bulk to your design but leaves a thin layer of polyester fibre which helps reduce showing in appliqué and pads the shape.
Polyfuse can also be used for raw edge appliqué and machine embroidery.
Sold per sheet.

I have been doing a BOM using wool. Can’t trace on wool and freezer paper doesn’t do the trick. Polyfuse is perfect. I just printed what I wanted onto an A4 sheet of Polyfuse. Cut roughly around it. Ironed it onto the wool and trimmed around the shape. It’s brilliant, You can leave it in, but l am not going to. Just pin and appliqué on to your background.
