January felt a little strange, I was on holidays until the 19th, worked for a few days then had another 5 days in a row off because of Australia Day. Not complaining, it was just weird.
The website is going along nicely, l have done all the hard work now. All l have to do is update it. I make sure that anything new goes on, still working my way through the shelves of fabric, the aim is to get it all online. Also easier now to delete fabrics as l sell out of them. Some of the standards ….. stuff l can get all the time will show up as an Out of Stock item. You can still order it, you may have to wait a couple of days. Still trying to organise the best way of selling the DMC Threads. While l am writing this an idea has just come to me!
I have found myself a new computer tech, he’s been brilliant. He’s set up a Pay Pal account. It wont be on my website, but if you ring through an order l can send you a Pay Pal invoice if that’s how you’d prefer to pay.
After a discussion with one of my customers l have decided to offer the Tilda Club. It comes out 6 times a year, have had 2 sign ups, when l asked about it l was told there may have been some January Kits still available, l am waiting to see if that’s ‘sew’, but will let the ladies know. If you want to take part in the Club you can do it via the website or you are welcome to shoot me off an email.
If you are free on February 13th, it’s a Saturday, you might like to join me for Saturday Sewing. Starts at 9.30, we finish at 3.00. $20.00 for the day, BYO lunch. Coffee and lollies provided and a 10% discount on fabric on the day. It’s amazing how much you get done if there are no interruptions. If you have any questions shoot me off an email or let me know if you’d like to book a chair.
I only write the newsletter once a month, but if you follow me on Insta or Facebook you’ll catch me every night. I always have something l want to share with you.
This is a short month, make it a winner!
